"Vivian is a rare gem in the consulting world. I have worked with many consultants over the years, but none as efficient, organized and focused. She is not only a great resource for industry standards, but an excellent project manager who keeps her business partners informed, helps them identify and prioritize the risks, and keeps the project on track. She has helped develop a variety of high quality training programs and documents; i.e; Training Policies, SOP's, Train the Trainer, and On the Job Trainer sessions. I would highly recommend Vivian's services, no matter how big or small the need."
"I have had the opportunity to work with Vivian for over 1 year. As a consultant for our company, her experience and expertise in Quality System training requirements have been extremely valuable. Her enthusiasm and communication skills won us over. Her project management skills helped us to stay on track with each project. Her reports and deliverables are accurate and thorough. She quickly learned our business needs and objectives and always ensured these were incorporated into each phase of the project. She is a valuable resource to us!"
"Ms. Vivian Bringslimark is that exceptionally rare professional who not only has a comprehensive expertise in all aspects of regulatory compliance practice, documentation and training, but also has successfully practiced a prodigious array of accomplishments in her field. She masterfully brings her subject matter expertise to life in a highly compelling and thoroughly pragmatic fashion. Vivian Bringslimark is tops in cGMP consultation, documentation and training across all levels of the organization."
Vivian has conducted two cGMP refreshers for our company; they were very successful and interactive sessions for our participants. Vivian provides an alternative to the usually dry cGMP sessions everyone has endured. The training is geared towards “less teaching” and “more learning” which keeps the adult learner engaged, and encourages the learner to participate in the training. Using a rapid design approach, Vivian works closely with her clients to help them identify the cGMP theme or any other theme a client wants to introduce for their learners. I have also attended one of Vivian’s courses, which I felt was rewarding. The combination of critical thinking, interactivity, and collaboration that takes place in her course was very rewarding. I recommend Vivian’s expertise when you want a refreshing approach to encourage learning and participation in a classroom setting."

Improving employee (human) performance becomes a priority when errors and deviations cause the organization to miss goals or performance targets and when corrective actions become strategic projects.
