Who is Vivian Bringslimark?

President and Owner of HPIS Consulting, Inc.

Vivian has a unique combination of Secondary Education, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Supervision, and Quality Systems integration expertise.  Her combined thirty-two years of Life Sciences experiences enable her to provide a holistic approach and systematic methodology for client-requested Compliance Training, L & D Coaching and Human Performance Improvement (HPI) services that ensure solutions are developed within Organizational and Quality Systems for sustainable improvement. 

Vivian partners with VP's, Directors, Senior Managers and PMOs (Project Management Office) to ensure complex human performance solutions strategically transfer back on the job to improve business unit performance and meet regulatory commitments.  She utilizes the technical tools of project management: planning, monitoring, tracking, managing changes, adjusting to shifting priorities, and timely sponsor decisions.  and deploys the art of collaboration with System Owners and SMEs by using facilitation, negotiation, communication, and resolving conflict skills set while managing stakeholders' expectations for project success.

Vivian's core competencies are (1) Instructional Systems Design customization to align learning needs strategically with business objectives and (2) integration of a Robust Training Quality System with key cross-functional quality systems to ensure sustainable, repeatable, and defendable business outcomes.

Vivian holds a M.A. in Adult Education from Teachers College Columbia University in New York, a M.S. in Educational Computing from IONA College in New Rochelle, New York, and a dual B.S. in Secondary Math Education and Liberal Arts Mathematics from SUNY @ Oneonta in New York.

Vivian continues to enrich her professional development as well as speak at numerous GxP conferences and association chapter meetings.

Vivian has conducted two cGMP refreshers for our company; they were very successful and interactive sessions for our participants.
